Gina is a retired CIA senior counterterrorism analyst whose early warnings in the 1990s identified Osama bin Laden as a growing threat to the United States. Over her 35‑year career in the Intelligence Community, she served as a senior targeting analyst in the Counterterrorism Center and later as senior advisor for strategic operational planning at the National Counterterrorism Center. Gina is also an adjunct professor in Georgetown University’s Security Studies Program and Arizona State University's Center for Intelligence and National security, as well as the author of the National Security Mom book series. A longtime advocate for inclusive national security, she is now a part of the Girl Security team, serving as Director of the All Secure Design Lab.
